OUR HISTORY
Founded in 2011, Unitive Consulting distinctively specializes in all kinds of solutions for the human side of "Human Resources".
Unitive Consulting emerged for own and principal consultant Yvette Durazo, saw there was a need in organizations to address workplace disputes in a humanistic way, away from the typical Human Resource process. She experience first-hand the lost of money, efforts, and lost of talent organizations went through when addressing workplace disputed through the traditional HR process. Also, she experience first-hand the detrimental effect in the mental-wellbeing and health of experiencing hostile workplaces and wanted to help CEO to enhance workplace culture in where inclusion and productivity goes hand-and-hand.
