Engagements are typically:

  • In-person or remote
  • Part-time for each client (approx. 20–120+ hours per month)
  • 1–9 month assignments on average
  • You will have access to specialized training resources

You May Be a Good Fit If You:

Experience Required

Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in ADR, mediation, conflict resolution, or organizational development

Independent Contractor Model

Work as an independent consultant with flexibility and autonomy in your engagements

Organizational Experience

Proven experience working with organizations (public sector, nonprofits, corporate) navigating conflict and culture challenges

Diverse & Multicultural Skills

Ability to work effectively with diverse, multicultural teams and leadership

Strong Communication

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (bilingual/Spanish is a plus)

You remain an independent consultant. We match consultants to clients when there is a fit between your expertise and a client's needs.

Assignments may include:

  • Workplace assessments and conflict diagnostics
  • Mediation and conflict coaching
  • Restorative circles and facilitated dialogues
  • Leadership coaching and team interventions
  • Trainings and workshops on conflict, negotiation, and culture
