In partnership with the Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority (VTA), Unitive Consulting developed the Women Innovating Transportation Leadership Academy, a first-of-its-kind initiative in the nation. This groundbreaking program aims to cultivate a diverse pipeline of talented leaders within the transportation sector, with a specific focus on empowering women to thrive in leadership roles. Through comprehensive leadership development, mentorship opportunities, and a commitment to fostering an inclusive culture, the academy is driving meaningful change within the VTA and setting a new standard for leadership excellence in the transportation industry. Training included: De-escalation tactics, Conflict Prevention Communication Skills, How to Lead a Meeting and Public Speaking.
